Dr. Jay Berkowitz

Dr. Jay Berkowitz specializes in using the latest non-invasive technologies to treat chronic pain, migraine headaches, personal injuries, and soft tissue injuries, with his specialties being personal and sports injury. Dr. Jay’s philosophy is to retrain the muscles along with the chiropractic adjustment.

In doing this, the patient not only will be relieved quickly of pain but also will heal more quickly resulting in the fulfillment of their potential goal of optimal health.

Dr. Jay is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration in August 1997. Dr. Jay studied chiropractic at Life University and graduated in December of 2001.

After passing his State and National Boards, he studied with highly-skilled doctors while learning and creating his own unique techniques to better treat his patients. Dr. Jay is knowledgeable in the latest rehabilitation techniques that work together with the chiropractic adjustment.

A native of Hampton Roads Virginia, Dr. Jay was born at DePaul Hospital in Norfolk, he grew up in the Kempsville area and is a 1993 graduate of Kempsville High School in Virginia Beach. Dr. Jay is excited to be in the heart of the city and loves serving Virginia Beach as well as the entire Hampton Roads community.
